I know you want some roasting but I’d like to add some words of advice. Get rid of those cotter pin cranks. I tried riding with them as a courier and they are a pain in the arse. The pins will loosen easily because you’re using them in a fixed gear. Skidding and retention will destroy them and you’ll find that they are not worth the hassle of maintaining.
