The rim is dead, you either need a new rim or it’s probably more cost effective to get a new wheel

That bump could turn into a collapsed wheel without warning. Replace the rim or buy a new wheel.

  3. This happens when you hit a pothole and your tyres are under-inflated. You must keep your tyres inflated.

There is no way to repair this.

As the others said. Only way to fix this is change rim or wheel. If the rim fails, youre wheel will probably spontanously block. The failure is just a matter of time. You you can try to delay the failure by reducing tire pressure and not braking, but no one will recommend to so so and keep riding the Bike.

Good going though to wear down a rim to
the point it fails, budget wheels are so cheap these days they are normally replaced by now. At least you can be sure you have got the max miles out of it!
