  2. The reach is too long. Get a shorter stem or smaller bike.

But first, get a proper bike fit.

  3. Ok lets clear out some thigs. The saddle is tilted that way because it is the most comfortable position for me, if its level i feel discomfort.

And yes, the controls are positioned this way because i just tilted the handlebar from flat+ to this position without doing any things.

The only thing i feel is that maybe yes it is too far, so i need to go lower and my neck hurts.

  4. You ask a hundred people for their’expert’ opinion and you’ll get 100 novice answers. See a bike fitter and don’t focus on looks’

Do what others have suggested and get a fit. After riding for 15 or so years and thinking I knew what felt right for me, I eventually concluded I must be missing something as I was always second guessing something. I talked to my various cycling friend groups and settled on a specific fitter in the area. It was undoubtedly the best money I’ve spent for a bike related purchase.

Nothing drastic changed during the fit but about 6 or 7 small changes added up to the best feeling of “comfort” I’ve ever had on a bike. Everything just feels right. I feel fast, stable, nimble…I was just never going to get there on my own. No new parts, the fitter didn’t try and sell me anything, he just got everything where I needed it to be. It was a great learning experience.

I’ve got all my numbers stored away to aid in setting up new bikes or for swapping parts on the bike I was fit on.

  6. It looks weird because it and your saddle angle together looks like you just have an overall fitment problem.
