What is the name of this component?

Hi guys. I have been riding a brand new C Line explorer for the past 5 months and have been maintaining it well.

I decided to remove the bicycle chain to give it a deep clean. Used quick link breaker to do it. When I pressed the tool to release the chain link, the 2 rings circled in blue sprang away and I couldn’t find them.

Do I have to replace them? What are those called and where can I get them? Can I still connect back my chain and use my bike safely without those?
