Hey everyone! I was recently browsing on FBMP and found a buy seeking a Marin Four Corner for $200. At first I thought it was hot, but after talking to him, he explained he was moving back to Seattle and selling it. I offered him $160 and he bit. I originally bought it simply for its wheels and SPYRE TRP’s, but with a 450mm seat post and 100mm stem, I was able to get it to fit rather nicely. It’s a small frame and I’m 6’2” so obviously it isn’t perfect but I road the perimeter of Oahu two weeks ago and have a great time.

Oahu is about 140 miles in perimeter and there’s a point called Kae’ana Point at the northwest point. It’s 5 miles of 4×4 and hiking trail. They haven’t layer asphalt there because I believe it acts as a barrier between the amphetamine lovers to the west and the amazing north shore to east, but I’m sure there’s some other reason. Regardless, it can’t be ridden on 28-32mm, but 47s we’re sufficient and I cleared the five mile point in 43 minutes compared to the two plus hours it took me to walk my bike through two years ago. I figured I’d share it with you lovely cyclists.
