Currently my bikes frame is green (first photo), i sprayed it myself, but I would like to take the paint off and just keep the steel color of the frame (like the second photo), how do I remove the paint? And what do I do after? Clear coat?

New stem, bars, and fork; then, I bet the green paint will fall right off in excitement!!
The easiest way is to completely disassemble the bike down to just the frame, then use a paint stripper like Aircraft Remover. Might take a couple passes. That stuff is as foul as chemicals get, need to do it in a safe, very well-ventilated area. Use a wire brush/steel wool for cleanup after the paint is stripped.
Shitty way to do it is with an angle grinder with a wire brush attachment and a lot of patience.
I combined both techniques in a half-assed manner (leaving semi-sanded paint at the welds) for my rat-rodded Kilo TT. It was not fun lol.

That’s not the same bike. The first one is tiny.
I would say sandblasting, but if you want to keep the raw steel look you should do a paint stripper.
Make sure you use some kind of protective coating, or else it will look like a cybertruck.
Just used paint stripper and sand paper. Cleaned it up with a wire brush and polished with scouring pad. Make sure you get a stronger paint stripper if you don’t want to spend a lot of time waiting for the crappy stuff to work.

Citristrip paint stripper (highly recommend)
Gloves
Sandpaper 120-400 grit
Brush
Steel brush
Trash bag
Sand off as much as clear coat you can, then apply a generous amount of stripper on the frame and anywhere you think you got clear coat off. Wrap it in the trash bag and make sure it doesn’t dry out, hence the bag. Wait over night and you’ll either be able to scrape it off or it’ll just come off with the bag. And then just repeat if needed 🙂 good luck
