I would post a request for help on [the Cabe](https://thecabe.com/). This is a community of enthusiasts and experts in bikes like this.
It looks a lot like this one listed as a Schwinn Excelsior. The somewhat unique bends of the top tubes makes me think it’s a match, but I’m not an expert.
