Are those 700C wheels or 650B?
If 700C, how are you finding the handling compared to smaller tires? I would like to make the switch on my 700C wheels to much bigger tires (have only tried up to 42C thus far).
Also, do you suffer from the toe overlap? That seems like a pretty small frame?

I put 29×2.1 Thunder Burts on my Grizl and found them to be way faster than my 38mm Gravel King slicks.
