Every first bike is a good bike. Congrats on getting started. When you get your second bike we can discuss what type of riding you’ve been doing and what you aspire to.
Try to negotiate a better price.

Those bars look crooked and the brake line to the front brake looks short. Also in the last pic that bend in the seat tube is very concerning. The first two can be fixed. But if that seat tube is as bent as it looks, I would pass
Edit: it might not the seat tube. It looks like that’s on the step-thru/top tube
That frame might not be ideal for climbing hills, if you prefer to stand in the petals a lot. If it was made of steel, I’d be worried about it deforming, not sure about aluminum.
I dig the triple chainring. The stem almost looks adjustable, which would be kinda cool. If you are a rider who sits in the seat, relaxes, and utilizes the range of gear ratios, this seems like an excellent bike to ride.

It’s a $50 bike maximum. Rim brake bikes of this age are not what anyone really wants to buy, and really devalue any used bike these days. It’s worth it for $50, but not a penny more.

Aside from the main question…is that bike in a hospital patient room?
Edit addition: hot damn it is, look at that properly installed outlet : )
