The L screw won’t move the front derailleur any further into the center. I’ve already tensioned the gear cable. Also the screw that is supposed to move the two lines isn’t doing anything. Anyone got any ideas? Thank you in advance.

If you screw out the L limited, it’s the maxmium it can go.
If you can, plz upload the pic of the FD on the big chainring on the angel of 3 rd picture.
I think the tension screw is too way in. The 2 white line should be in one line on the 3 rd pic, while FD on the big chainring.
First things first — the derailleur is much too high.
The bottom of the derailleur chain guide outer plate should be 1-3 mm above the big chainring.

Do that and report back.
GRX has a wider chainline, 49.7mm vs 43.7mm. Did that come with the bike?
take the tension off the cable <loosen the nut> adjust to the small ring, then tighten the cable back up, adjust to the big ring.
Highly recommend following the [Shimano GRX FD setup manual](https://si.shimano.com/en/pdfs/dm/GAFD001/DM-GAFD001-01-ENG.pdf) to get your front derailleur dialed in. It might just be the limit screws that are causing your issue, but it’s worth double checking all the steps. I recently re-did mine by the book and it shifts like new
