New to road biking. Sent to my experienced friend and she said I should ask for a lower price than what they’re asking for ($400). It has a dent and no petals, although the owner said they could throw in some flat petals. Should I ask for $200? $250? I’m 5’3 and 52cm usually fits great for me. Also I think it’s cute lol.
