I’ve been riding fixed for about a month now and it’s the best experience I’ve had cycling, so far on my chariot I’ve swapped the peddles and saddle. What do you guys reckon I should upgrade next?

Remove reflector, get longer stem, tilt brake levers down wards, push saddle back
i think your seatpost is backwards, the saddle clamp has to be behind the seatpost
