Hi, I’m pretty new to bike commuting. How do I figure out whether or not a rear rack is compatible with my bike or not?
This is the bike I have, in a 16in frame.

The best is to try it at the bike store. That bike has mounts on the seat stays and dropouts, so there’s a good chance that a classic welded aluminium rack will fit, but some bending may be required.
It’s compatible. You can clearly see the mounting holes on the picture. Take it down to you local bike shop and they should be able to find one that fits.
Honestly, I’d reach out to the Retrospec customer service if nobody knows for sure. I’ve gotten incredible customer service from them (I’ve got an old-style Beaumont Rev from them) and they’d probable be able to confirm for you.
