So I unscrewed this part because it was backward, and pieces came off, but I am unsure how to put it back. I tried searching online but had no luck. The bike I have is a Mongoose 29-inch Durham.
I unscrewed it because it was giving me problems.

That’s called the head set. You should be able to Google up some YouTube videos.
