Here is some info on it.
lugged steel frame featuring Columbus SL tubing with chrome aero fork blades. Shimano’s novel Santé groupo. still wears its original paint, Shimano’s indexed downtube shifters.
The seat, clip in pedals and new tires are the only addition. Everything else is original to the bike. Shifts and rides smoothly.

I would try to remove the rust on the chrome with some vinegar if it hasn’t started flaking
