They were well-respected triathlon bikes a couple of decades ago. Looks like a 58cm frame.

Wondering why it was in the trash… either angry ex/ divorce or the owner died and the family didn’t know it’s worth.
You can tell the owner was old because toe clips and straps, pre clip-in pedal days. like late 80s.
It may not be worth that much anymore anyway maybe a couple hundred. Not alot of triathlon aficionados anymore and even fewer using steel bikes.
But still, nice find.
