I think as long as there is no cracking or splitting of the frame then no

Definitely weakens that part of the frame, so be carefully putting your back wheel on. I bent my bone deth frame because of this. Didn’t even realize it was cock eyed till I built up a free coaster and went to put it on.
Definitely start putting money aside for a new frame, but this alone wouldn’t be reason enough to get me to swap it out.

Check out the trey jones frame if you end up getting a new one. It has extra metal pieces on it to protect from denting it when you grind

Steel fails by bending. Aluminium fails by cracking. If it’s steel I’d trust it. If it was aluminium I’d think twice.

Ride it, my frame looks like this too.

Ride it it’ll it fails I say. Start saving for a new frame now though

For me its just the paint coming off, so keep going by now. It is only dangerous if the metal starts getting thinner than before

I have ridden frames like this without issues. Chromoly is a very strong metal and hard to kink. I would start saving for another one in the meantime. But you will be good for now.

Shit happens, it’s bmx, things break. You’re fine for now, Ride it for as long as it survives, keep saving for a new frame to replace it when it’s done.

I bought a frame second-hand for peanuts, it had this sort of damage. Hasn’t caused any issues beyond making it harder to put the wheel on straight.

I rode my old Fit like this for years. Never had an issue. The frame was just a normal chromoly one from a complete, not a signature frame.

Almost looks like your sprocket is touching it too, might be just the photo or you might have bent it a bit more than you think

I’d ride it until it snaps but I don’t do any big drops. A long time ago I rode a frame with a cracked top tube. It eventually snapped and I tried duct tapping it. Terrible idea lol.
