On my new chain, happens only at this one part of it. That part also doesn’t move so well. Do I need to replace that link? The entire chain? Clean the chain?
Is it a KMC chain by any chance? Did you pin it or use a quick link?
If its not too tight I’d ride it out, probably loosen up

Take that link and flex it back and forth until it loosens up.

Put some WD 40 on it. Wait a couple of hours. That’ll help.

Is the link easily movable? I would degrease the chain and lube it. If it still does is it is mechanical and probably good for replacement with a good chain. Shimano would be a good choice.
