I recently bought a Grizl 8 in size L, but it felt small for my measurements (190/91), so I decided to sell it and ordered an XL instead. However, when the XL arrived today, I noticed the seatpost was different from the one I previously owned. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, and if so, what did Canyon tell you? Also, the specs when ordering were S15, but now it’s 0057.

Most likely, you got what you ordered.
It’s probably down to the XL bike you ordered being a newer model. The MY2023 Grizl 8 1by has a 1×11 drivetrain and the split seatpost. The MY2024 Grizl 8 1by has a 1×12 drivetrain and “normal” seatpost. In the outlet they still sometimes sell the [old version, side-by-side with the new](https://prnt.sc/aztUojsxn-CN).
