The right one isnt grease anyway its a rust dissolver, which doesn’t have a use on a bike anyway.
For the rest, is it aluminium or carbon were talking about? The bearing grease and novatex ep2 look fine to me, the antiseize I would check what’s written on the label regarding other metals and not use with carbon, just to be sure.

Grease what exactly? The chain? Certainly not.
Assembly paste? No – used for assembling parts which connections are friction based, e.g. stems, handle bars.
Loctite 8106 – universal grease. You can use that for bearings or if you have a full suspension, where the moving parts meet.
Notatex is a high pressure grease. Can be used for the same parts as the universal grease. For bearings, I’d expect that they would be somewhat harder to move, as it’s a „thicker“ fat.
Rust dissolver – no! Only for dissolving rust. Id only use it gently on a cloth to clean the chain as it’s also a hydrophobic. Do not use to lubricate!

I would argue that the greases are for heavy load industrial applications, won’t provide much lubrication for bicycle bearings with essentially no load on them

Thanks for all the answers. I got a bag of these things from a kind minded relative and just wanted to know if they would work. I’ll get rid of them accordingly.
