So I ordered this chainring for my new sunrace crank, the crank is 96 bcd and the chainring as well. Still they don’t fit because the chainring is not “square” but the crank is. Very frustrating and how do I find the right one since they’re only referred to as 96bcd?

You got the Shimano 96 Asymmetric. It will usually say that on the listing, but you can miss it if you don’t know to look for it
Why does it say “PCD”? Fishy, or is this a new thing I’m not familiar with?
Prowheel is always the cheapest brand for the quality BCD 64/96/104 chainring.
