But they seem really similar? Why such a drastic price difference?

the one for 35$ is Canyon’s own slim frame bag. it has very little space inside but it is optimized to follow the shape of most canyon roadbike and gravel (except Grail CF dpuble decker)
the one for 135$ is a bag made for Vanyon by Apidura. very high quality and more spacious than canyon’s. fitting is hit and miss depending on type of bike and frame size, it is waterproof iirc
