    Looks more like a paint chip than a rub mark, to me anyway. Some car touch up paint, or black nail polish to fill it in and protect from UV would be an idea. I wouldn’t worry too much about it though.

  2. Pretty standard finish repair. Clean throughly, follow up with a bit of clay bar, backfill with matching paint or nail polish, and once it cures for a few days you can add a piece of clear vinyl to protect it from getting damaged again if you like.

  3. What’s rubbing there? Work stand? Car bike rack? Figuring that out is the first step.

    You prevent it from getting worse by addressing whatever’s causing it (not just repainting it like the other comments say).
