It’s a good deal.
It’s maybe a size smaller than ideal, but that depends from person to person, and could probably be made to work, especially with some minor part tweaks.
Worth a spin for sure.
looks like a mid 2000s. it was a mid range bike with shimano 105. the geometry is very neutral making it a general all rounder road bike by today’s standards. good starter road bike since its “neutral”
good price.
as for fit, with your height alone you could be a 56, or 58 cm. sizing down you could get a more aero position, at the cost of comfort
