I’ve looked it up online and these numbers aren’t working I’ve had a friend here trying to figure it out. It’s a Schwinn and in just guessing it’s from 70s. But can’t match numbers on badge, BB or dropout with the serial numbers online formula sypher charts.

What are you trying to do? this is such an ominous post. What numbers? Where are they supposed to work? Why are you taking close-ups photos in complete darkness?
A well lit and clear photo of the bike will help people help you. This looks it was taken in the catacombs underneath Paris.
