Need help because i couldn’t find documentation for this Corimar wheels. The seller offer me good price for this and says this is a clincher wheelsets but looking from Corimar websites archive of similar wheels build it usually comes as tubular. Plus the carbon weave pattern looks different. Clincher hook bead too blurry to see in this picture given by the seller. I was wondering if this was an aliexpress wheels?. If this was a clincher can this wheel converted into tubeless. I’ve done lots of tubeless conversion kit for mtb except road carbon wheeled spoke. If anyone have info i appreciate your reply. Thanks.

As far as I know Corima only made it in tubular? I don’t run across them much in the parts of the US where I’ve worked.
To the question of tubeless, especially for road, I would advise against it if it’s just a standard clincher. Back in the day of the Shimano/Hutchinson Road Tubeless standard, I used a fusion 2 tubeless tire on a rim converted using the Stan’s road conversion kit, and had the tire blow off going downhill. Once I moved to tubeless rings, it’s been smooth sailing ever since
