  1. Another great review. The roll-out seems to be accelerating at last. I hadn't noticed the new section at JP Morgan.
Clyde St eastbound is a bit of a dog's breakfast, especially as the toucan crossing at Gorbals St / NCN 75 has gone.
I'm looking forward to seeing the South City Way extension round Queens Park to Battlefield starting soon.

  2. As someone who works at the Charing X end, the state of Sauchiehall St makes me sad and angry. The infrastructure developments are great obviously, but until it's backed up with an actual regeneration of the businesses and buildings on the street I fear that it'll just continue to decline.

Out of curiosity, does anybody know who actually owns the building/plot that the ABC is on? Is it still privately owned or have the council taken over the site? Do the insurance company now own it? Not sure how these things work, but assuming it's still privately owned it's a sad state of affairs that presumably holding on to the site and letting the land value increase is more profitable than regenerating it or selling it to someone who will. What a waste of public space. The council needs to get its finger out and start dishing out some grants, or better yet some CPOs.

  3. I see you use miller street for North South route too. Feels like that could be a natural bike highway branch from SCW too. Just need to formalise some truck management as they reverse down the whole road there and pavement parking is rife.

  4. Great video – really interesting. Look forward to Cambridge St properly opening up to cycle traffic again. Those last aerial shots of the city are really something 👌
