I just picked this one up, a 1995 Specialized HardRock Ultra GX. Almost perfect Black Cherry paint job. Front derailleur is broken. Any ideas/designs/tips?

1. Remove the white rear derailleur guard. Doesn’t look useful or coherent.
2. Remove the toe clips. Flat pedals are great on their own.
3. Install pannier racks.
4. Quit your job.
5. Cycle to Argentina.
