Looks like there is a dent in your rim

“Hold the wheel steady (left), so the sealant collects at the bottom. Quickly move the wheel upward (center). Centrifugal force will keep the sealant right under the tire tread. Hold the wheel over your head (right), still slightly tilted away from you. Now the sealant runs downward, covers the sidewall, and seeps into the gap between tire and rim.”
But I agree with u/Filthy_Filio, your rim looks damaged and this may be causing the issue. This might be a long-walk-home situation…
The rim dent most likely isn’t what’s making you not seal here. I have had many customers come in with worse dents than that and be fine.

Overall I’d say it’s a pinch flat at your bead. Those are nasty to seal. If more sealant isn’t working you’ll either need to plug it or get a new tire.
You have a cut in the tire next to the bead.
Ride it for a couple minutes, it’ll probably seal up just fine.
