A meaningless warning letter to the registered keeper who is quite possibly not the driver. There is absolutely zero possibility that this will end up in court. It will go straight in the bin.
TVL Cycling, hi
May I feature this video in my compilations?
Any updates? Where did this happen? Thanks
Your reaction time is clearly a lot slower than the Audi driver who assuming they know their car very well & obviously are looking into the distance saw the oncoming vehicle had a jolly good estimation of its speed & Legally overtook you!
I would not do this in a 70bhp vehicle that takes 16s to get from 0-60 mph: However; in a high performance vehicle that goes from 0-60 within 3.8s or 60-100 within 2s, I could easily overtake with a good 1.7s to spare. However: I would not want to cause the cyclist distress; ergo I would wait to pass!!!
Peace & Love!!!
