the price is $90.
*The second is (centurion crossline 30r)
the price is $150.

Buy the third one. It already comes with racks and fenders so you’ll just need panniers and lights for a solid commuter. The other two you’ll have to buy more accessories for.
I have 1x chainsets on everything, even so, I’d go for the 3rd one as well. As well as the pannier, looks much better specced parts and kit. And the saddle looks way more comfortable.
