Shit’s cross threaded and there may be damage from riding with the pedals loose to begin with.

I would take it to a shop and have them sort it out. If it were me i’d slap the pedals back on free of charge as long as your cranks weren’t damaged.

If you want to fix it yourself you’ll need a 15mm pedal wrench and look up online how to get the best leverage to make sure they don’t come loose again.

It could have jumped a thread and caused damage to the crank arm threads, back it out and thread it in slowly, I believe this is the lefty tighty side, so you gotta spin it opposite of what you think

  3. Just looking at the pedal boss in the arm and the angle of the axle, those threads are fucked. Riding with a loose pedal will mangle them. Time to go cranks shopping.

  4. Goto a machine shop and let them run a left handed tap through the crank. Use loctite when reinstalling
