For ages I’ve been rocking the hybrid salmon+black because I’ve been afraid of eating the rims. But I finally got tired of the poor braking and after several years of hybrids I just switched to the salmon variant this last week – rims be damned! (Rims on my wheel set are £20 KinLins so quite cheap).
And wow, they are good! Stops hard but with great control. Completely changes the experience and my confidence on the bike.
