Paid $125 for a bike tuneup. Specifically requesting the truing of the front wheel they replaced last time because it keeps rubbing on break pad. Get it back, still rubbing and bottom bracket very dirty still? They also added these spacers on front wheel last time and it seems odd? New to the bike game so not sure what to expect. Should I request a refund? They said they would make any adjustments if anything came up still but this seems obvious.

Geez. That hub is not correct or the fork has been spread. Find a new shop.
