What im about to say is correct 100 %It happend i watched it in 1994 in Munich i saw a security van stopped by a truck in front in traffic forced to stop a man hole cover in road opend a guy stuck his head out off the man hole cover and cut a hole in the floor off the van stuck his head in and a gun and said dropp the bags to me they emptied the van in 9 minutes into the man hole cover Then they were gone in the sewer just gone .

Those sensors on electric gates are actually called photocells, I started training as an electric gate installer. So if you wanted to sound abit posher lol you could call them that. π only if you wanted because like you say they are sensors

Searched the name and got address, my google map verified the Loomis Depot. A pin for a trucking rental company is mislocated, registered at the serviced offices building next door (blue roof). Possible Loomis leases from owners of City View House as it has similar brickwork and street number; especially in 2008 view when known as theworks. Google street view shows images back to 2008 on both sides of the depot and discreet location across the road from several football pitches. Royal Mail was blocking the driveway back in Nov 2020, front have upon the pavement nobody in van – shame on Royal Mail.
