Be honest. That amount of luggage is carrying more than just socks and toothbrush.
I did a trip recently, and had similar sized top tube and seat post bags (but no bar bag) and had a full change of clothes, plus managed to squeeze some drinks in when we went past the last shop near the end of the ride.
