In this episode myself, Francis and Lawrence take a look at all the bits that we didn’t show. I also test the legs on my return to the UK with my mate G.

Wagan bread bins I’m back from Malaysia and this is the stuff that you didn’t see let’s go my name is Ben Chapman I got into cycling when I was eight my most favorite thing in the world is jumping on a train and just get off and then go

Ride in that area it’s just the freedom of having a bike and to go anywhere you want a few months ago myself and team Cycles built my new amonda ALR palz Edition and very quickly after this I got a call from two friends asking if I

Would like to go to Malaysia and ride some bikes so obviously this was a no-brainer and I jumped at the chance the only two things that could have been an issue was child care and two getting some time off from work now after getting the goahead from work I decided

That I would try and do something I’ve never done before and that would be to Vlog every single day now only two years ago myself Francis Cade and Chris Hall cycled from Newcastle to Switzerland and I didn’t have a channel then I just used Instagram to document everything that we

Got up to over the 10 days so after a quick chat with Team Cycles I decided that I was going to Vlog every single day and as you can imagine doing this alongside Francis Cade and Lawrence Carpenter who are absolutely Pros in this industry it was pretty

Nerve-wracking to say the least I didn’t know whether I would be biting off more than I could chew I’ve watched other YouTubers on the same Adventures over the years and it always amazes me how three or four people on the same bike ride can Vlog very very different and

That is what I wanted to achieve from this trip one of the hardest things I found is I really do love my sleep we was getting up most days between 7 and 9:00 riding 100 plus km getting to our hotel connecting to the Wi-Fi if they

Had it and then we would pretty much go in separate rooms and edit for the next 2 to 3 hours we would then have to go get food come back to the rooms and then continue editing the footage you’re about to see I’ve cleared with the group

And it’s a little bit of the behind the scenes the stuff that we got up to that I never had time to put in the Vlogs this is going to be the final part of my Malaysia trip and towards the end of this video I’ll show you what I got up

To when I landed back into the UK so for now sit back and enjoy the stuff that you didn’t see why are we going to Malaysia to ride bikes on D and D flesh and blood on me all your dear now are almost dry and no white birds for you easy

Your your hurt For let me take the bar when you will be ring and I will get wonders and wonders the eyer your ANS won be the better w This place never ceases to amaze me this feels like 3 month in Las Vegas and I don’t plan CLE downhill day 120k 50k of it is downhill and then we staying in containers you can get what you want with your soul and my For we won’t Lose we made it man to Slim River Slim River 115k come and feel with my life and I will see amazing face and I will see amazing oh going downhill is thirsty wet Bo are when you will be ra to let me go to let me do my such a great trip with two amazing humans and as obvious as it sounds if I had the opportunity to do this fulltime I really would since returning from Malaysia I’ve slept a lot I’ve ate a lot

And I managed to get out on a bike ride with my very good friend Graham and test the legs whilst in Malaysia Lawrence said with all the riding I was doing it should amount to a decent level of Fitness so I met up with my friend Graham who is the most consistent

Cyclist that I know riding at least 200 km a week every single week and has been doing so for the last 2 years and is super super fit and he royally ripped my legs off averaging 199 Watts over 50 Mi taking me out for coffee and some Cake Watching As always I’m going to leave this video here please remember to comment like And subscribe and I’ll see everyone on the next One

  1. I appreciate that all three of you did vlogs. You're right that each has it's own style and the little overlap gives us multiple angles of the same inside joke or backstory. Keep riding and vlogging. If Francis does indeed move to LA, I hope you can get another 7-to-10 days off and do some American bikepacking with him. I'm trying to convince Francis and Lawrence to do Project USA-East, with Natchez Trace Parkway + Blue Ride Parkway + Skyline Drive + NE Coast via D.C., NJ, NYC, and Boston. That's more of a 3-week trip, lol. 🙂

  2. Absolutely crushed the daily content cant even imagine doing it side by side two of YouTubes best but you held your own. Great job and nice way to end it with some final scenes… keep crushing the content 🤙

  3. Nice edit, I love that all 3 of you have done different feeling vlogs with different perspective on the same thing or totally different footage. It's given me a lot of content to watch each day and I cant get enough of it. Awesome stuff from all 3 of you.

  4. Loved the behind the scenes takes. Some great editing too 👏

7:28 do you know what that lock is? I need a light/small one for my long rides when I'm nipping into a shop for food. Thanks.
