So, I just recently purchased the Microshift Sword 1X shifters and rear derailleur and I brought it to my LBS to be installed. And they called and said that the rear derailleur isn’t compatible with the Microshift 11-48 cassette that came with my bike (Poseidon). And on their website it clearly states and shows that the sword 1x shifter and medium cage 1x derailleur is compatible with the 11-48 cassette. Anyone with this setup run into this issue? Thanks!

I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t be but I have never personally tried
I’m running it currently on my bike with the 11-48 cassette. Works fine
maybe you accidentally got the 2x deraileur ?
