If I have a Gary Fisher pressfit bottom bracket (picture from internet) can I replace it with a more modern pressfit bracket with a splined spindle?

Not as far as I know. Modern press fit bearings are much larger. Look at the bearing code on the seal and order those. Don’t get the cheap shit from Amazon. SKF and Timken are good quality
