The upper part of the fork is uneven. The upper layers of the carbon have visible bumb. I assume because the stem was tightened to much.
Would you still use it?
It’s hard to tell from photos, but it does look damaged. At minimum I think it’s worth getting an opinion from the LBS. A failure at that location could be really bad, worth taking that extra step if possible.

Have you had it since new? They come with a torque wrench…. It’s possible that someone over torqued but… did that happen?

Possible mold line that got sanded down after curing. You can see on either side of the “line” there are horizontal sanding lines. Of you try and flex the tube with a compression plug, does that line open up at all? Also could be possible delimitation of the outer layer
