Hi im looking for my first road bike. This is a 57cm bike I’m 5’11. The problem is I’m on a tight budget and I’m not very well versed in bicycle specific mechanics. I don’t want to bring it to the bike shop for a tune up and find out it needs 1000 bucks worth of work. I got him down to $1000cnd. Also there a appears to be frame damage as shown. Thoughts?
