Photos look fine, but I would want to first inspect them on a truing stand. If they turned out to be in good condition, then yes, totally worth $400.

I’d say yes if they’re true. But I’d also highlight that I’ve had bad luck with vision hubs and finally had to retire a nearly new rear wheel after the freehub body repeatedly smooshed its bearings. It was XDR, so maybe these won’t have the same problem.
