2017 Trek Domane S5 Disc or 2017 Giant Defy Advanced 1?
If both were stock I’d choose the Defy.
The Defy is all factory parts comes with Ultegra group set stock.
The Domane has DT Swiss RR511 DB wheel set with DT Swiss 350 hubs , ceramic speed bottom bracket , Ultegra 50/34 crank and factory 105 shifter and derailleur.
Both are priced 1200 USD used.
