And how do I find out what type I need?
Clearly I need a new one (and new cables I know already have those). But can’t for the life of be find out what it’s called or where to get a replacement?. It’s the plastic part that attaches to the underneath of the frame, to thread the gear cables through.

It’s called a bottom bracket cable tunnel.
As far as I know, these are usually frame specific. You may have luck, going to an LBS that sells the brand?
