Did this tour over easter. It’s inspired by the Adriatic Crest Route on bikepacking.com. Just hop off the train at Plase and follow the bikepacking.com route. Till you get into the National Park Northern Velebit. Turn west and descent to the sea. Take the Ferry to Rab and then to Krk. I ended my tour in Baska end enjoyed some recovery days at the beach. You can extend the route back to Plase for a nice round-trip.
With all that sahara-dust over easter, the views wheren’t that great. But overall it’s a really nice and versatile route. I’m happy I brought my mountainbike. The gravel in this regions is more ov rubble quality :-D.
