Honestly they look pretty okay to me – definitely wouldn’t hurt but why do you think they should be changed? If you look at the 105 pulley wheels online yours look pretty identical and not worn a crazy amount.

They’re just pulleys. The only work they do is keeping the chain taut. I wouldn’t change a pulley wheel unless it actually broke or jammed.
