Upgrades for the Raleigh Competition that I am lucky to call my own: moustache handlebar, Shimano 600 brake levers, bar end shifters, restringed San Marco Rolls saddle and finally a decent front rack. Super happy rider :-)

Is this a repaint / redecal? I don’t think I’ve seen one that looks quite like this. What year is it?

I love my moustache bars. The thing you might try is a stem with a rise. You then angle the bars down a bit it gives you much different had placement. Look at the way they were used on Bridgestone bikes. It is much more comfortable
