Grandmaster_Shu on April 2, 2024 11:21 pm Yeah, the is. It’s the different coloured ring of metal at the bottom of the steerer. You can sometimes pry it up with a flat blade screwdriver and a lot of patience. Sometimes you do need the specific tool though.
