Check all mounts. Check chain lubrication, shifting, especially brakes. Bleed the brakes! Get the fork a service. Check if the tires hardened up

Do a bolt check first to make sure things are tightened. Function check next. Are the tires inflated? Do the brakes work? Does the bike shift? Are there any strange noises? If it is riding, shifting and stopping just clean the chain and cassette, lube and go for it!
