Quite a funny mismatch of parts. SRAM gripshift and Shimano derauilers and crank. Any info would be appreciated. Cheers.

Oh and does anyone know what this post moderne seatpost is all about? Early suspension tech? Love the logo lmao but seems a bit silly

If this is your gf’s first bike like this, it might be nice to take advantage of the adjustable stem for a little while before buying a replacement

You will need a new front derailleur, also. The cage on yours is pretty badly. I’d swap that separate out for a rigid (I’m sure there’s tons of play in yours).

  5. That’s actually a pretty nice functional bike right there. I ran Grip Shift on girlfriend’s bikes before and they’ve preferred it over push button shifters. I used to like GS on the front triple as it’s easier to trim.

That is probably a 25.4mm (1 1/8 inch) stem. Also that seat post is useless and very heavy. I built a similar one and use it often. Swap them grip shifts for some Microshift ts71’s. Here’s mine:

Edit: Is that 8 speed? Mine is only 3×7, but I believe mine is a 7100
